Michael Best, K-9 officer with the Jasper County, Mo Sheriff's Dept and Master Trainer with the North American Police Work Dog Association, and wife Michelle, offer over 25 years experience in training, handling and working dogs of all sizes and breeds. Best K-9 has expanded to offer our knowledge and experience for professional, safe and proven training for all our clients needs.

We offer customized training, from basic to advanced obedience, behavior modification, trailing, tracking, personal protection, and police service dogs.

We offer free consultations to help you choose or find a pet or working dog that meets your needs and lifestyle. We also offer free testing to determine the potential of your dog, whether for a companion/pet or working dog.
